Opening ceremony of Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2023

On the evening of May 14, at Tam Chuc Scenic Landscape Complex (Kim Bang, Ha Nam), National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue attended the opening ceremony of Ha Nam Culture-Tourism Week 2023, an event in response to the 50th anniversary the year of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan (1973-2023).
