CHÍNH THỨC KHỞI CÔNG DỰ ÁN SYCAMORE VÀ LUMI HANOI 🌟
Ngày 28/02 và 01/03/2024 vừa qua, lễ động thổ dự án Sycamore tại Bình Dương và dự án Lumi Hanoi tại Thủ đô đã diễn ra thành công, đặt dấu mốc mới trên hành trình ba thập kỷ phát triển bền vững của CapitaLand Development (CLD) tại thị trường Việt Nam.
✨ Với sự hiện diện của lãnh đạo các Bộ, Ban, Ngành, các cơ quan Ngoại giao tại Việt Nam, ban lãnh đạo CLD, các đối tác chiến lược cùng hàng trăm vị khách quý và phóng viên báo chí, hai buổi lễ đã đánh dấu khởi đầu tươi sáng cho “bộ đôi” dự án nhà ở quy mô lớn nhất của Tập đoàn tại thị trường Việt Nam với tổng giá trị phát triển dự án đạt 2 tỷ đô la Singapore (36 nghìn tỷ đồng).

We are proud to announce the successful groundbreaking ceremonies of our Sycamore project in Binh Duong New City and Lumi Hanoi project in the capital city, which took place on 28 February and 1 March 2024. These projects mark a new milestone in the 30-year journey of sustainable growth of CapitaLand Development (CLD) in the Vietnamese market.
✨ The ceremonies were graced by the presence of leaders from relevant Ministries, Departments, and diplomatic agencies in Vietnam, as well as CLD’s leaders, strategic partners, and hundreds of distinguished guests and journalists. The ceremonies heralded a brilliant beginning for CLD’s pair of largest-scale residential projects in Vietnam, with a combined gross development value of over S$ 2 billion (VND 36 trillion).
🌳 Once completed, Sycamore and Lumi Hanoi will offer a significant boost to the national real estate market’s housing unit supply. These projects are designed according to the standards of the EDGE certification of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which ensures the highest level of sustainability and efficiency.
